Hi, I’m Meg of Horoscope Cakes
Launched in August 2020 amidst the global pandemic, I found a creative outlet creating cake art. Always a vintage lover, piping ornate and highly feminine designs in buttercream served to be a theraputic endeavor that challenged my creative mind. I love vintage Wilton decorating books, sculptural designs and kitschy cuteness while exploring color theory and texture in my work. I also love a creative challenge!
This is a part-time job for me. I am a full-time high school art teacher, mom and wife. I can only accommodate a few cakes each week and typically 8 wedding cakes annually.
